Description : Claims Administrator. Company : ITrain. Location : Isando, Gauteng

Seeking an experienced Claims Administrator to focus on accident and vehicle claims in a dynamic company that focuses on logistics and fleet management. Claims/insurance related experience is essential, along with a relevant tertiary qualification.

Duties include:

1. Streamlining the accident management and supplier administration process.

2. Supply customer relations feedback on the tracking of all outstanding claims.

3. Manage the end-to-end accident management process.

4. Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Provide support to the supplier network on any concerns raised.

6. Increase the portal utilization.

7. Initiate and share ideas around enhancement to processes

8. Attending of meetings when required, internal and/or external

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R16,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
